Scott Swofford has spent 35 years creating content for nearly every major studio. From 2010 to 2016 Scott acted as director of content for BYUtv where he developed over thirty series, winning 51 regional Emmys. Scott has also produced IMAX hits like Mysteries of Egypt for National Geographic, Roving Mars for Disney, and Shackelton’s Antarctic Adventure.

Jared Shores is an Emmy award-winning producer and director with over 2 billion streams. He has guided numerous series including Granite Flats, starring Christopher Lloyd and Parker Posey, Audio-Files, featuring Imagine Dragons, and Studio C with its breakout hit, Scott Sterling. He most recently produced the short film Refugee, starring Jason Beghe and Omar Sy, and directed the digital series Happy Hazel.

Terri’s production experience spans over thirty years and includes epic dramas, episodes of Dr. Who, and countless national commercials. With experience in productions from Lithuania to China, there’s little she could encounter that would surprise her. She’s known for her work on docuseries Relative Race, Random Acts, and scripted dramas Extinct, and Dwight in Shining Armor.

Chris Horton is an accomplished marketing and distribution strategist. Prior to Radiant, Horton founded and led Sundance Institute’s inaugural creative marketing, distribution, and financing program, supporting over 200 films with groundbreaking distribution deals and marketing grants, including Columbus, which grossed over $1m at the box office and received four Independent Spirit Award nominations. In 2013, he was named one of the film industry’s 30 leading innovators in Indiewire's inaugural Influencers List. From 2002-2011, Horton worked with John Sloss and his companies Cinetic Media and FilmBuff. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife and daughter, and enjoys backpacking, wine, the Grateful Dead, and Oregon sports.

Kenneth has spent his career producing cause-oriented content for clients including The United Nations Foundation, The Church of Jesus Christ, Deseret Industries, Choice Humanitarian and other organizations focused on improving the world. He’s worked on social initiative campaigns with hundreds of millions of streams and that have helped raise millions in donations and volunteer hours.

With a degree in film and media arts from the University of Utah, Chad has gone on to make a career out of video editing. He excels at pushing the boundaries of conventional storytelling while infusing it with nuance and heart.

Ella has spent the last five years working in the film industry. She worked as a set production assistant, cast assistant, and now works as a production coordinator for Radiant Studios. Her credits include work on a variety of cable TV series including Disney Channel’s Andi Mack.
